Sali+ Electrolyte is a mixture of carbohydrates (Vitargo® maltodextrin and fructose), vitamins and mineral salts that, dissolved in water, allows you to obtain a drink that provides energy and supports the right hydro-saline balance. The choice of fructose and maltodextrin lies in the fact that these contribute to a lower blood glucose level than sucrose (sugar) or glucose. The addition of minerals and vitamins, in particular vitamin C and B, support energy metabolism, the immune system potentially weakened by training and competition. Vitamin C also has an antioxidant effect.
Directions for use: it is recommended to take 80 g, divided into 2 doses of 40 g (4 scoops every 500 ml of water).
