Soya proteins are among the best sources of protein of vegetable origin and have a very high biological value. The isolation process by which they are obtained makes them very bioavailable. Soybeans contain isoflavones, phyto-oestrogens, which are very similar to oestrogens and are involved in promoting lipid metabolism. The isoflavonoids in soya may also counteract the typical complaints of menopausal women.
How to use: We recommend taking 3 scoops (30 g) in 250 ml of water or low-fat milk.
