Payment options

We offer the following payment methods:

• Cash payment upon pick-up
  The goods can also be collected directly from us and paid for in cash. After the order you will receive a confirmation as soon as the goods are ready for collection. The goods will then be reserved for you for 3 days. When you pick up and pay for the goods, the invoice will also be handed over to you.
  If the goods are paid directly in our shop, you will receive a cash receipt (scontrino fiscale). In the case of a return or return of the goods, the amount cannot be refunded for legal reasons. In this case you will receive a voucher.
   
• Bank Transfer
  Easy, safe and comfortable transfer the amount of your order to our bank account. Our bank details will be send to you by e-mail directly after you complete your order. Please be sure to indicate us with your bank-transfer also your order number that you also get notified by e-mail. Please note that bank transfers (also online) can take up to three business days. The order will be shipped once payment has been received. There is no additional cost choosing this payment option.

  After receipt of the money, the goods ordered by you will usually be handed over to the parcel service within 24 hours and subsequently delivered to you.
   
• Creditcards
  You can pay securely with your credit card. The credit card payment is made via a secure site (in cooperation with Wirecard Bank). We accept the following credit cards:

• PayPal / PayPal Express
  PayPal is the trusted leader in online payments, enables buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. To make a purchase using PayPal as your payment option, simply select PayPal as your payment option when prompted, and you will be given the option to use an existing PayPal account if you already have one or to create a new PayPal account if you do not yet have one. Credit Card owners of Maestro, American Express, Aura e Discover can also easily pay trough the Paypal system with no need of registration. There is no additional cost choosing this payment option.

• Amazon Pay
  Amazon Pay enables you to use your payment details stored at Amazon.de to pay online for goods and services.
  Furthermore, you do not incur any additional costs if you pay with Amazon Pay.
  If you already have an Amazon.co.uk account, an Amazon Pay account has been automatically created for you. This will be activated when you first place an order on the website of a third party that accepts Amazon Pay. This account is linked to your Amazon.co.uk customer account and you can pay immediately using the payment method stored there - either direct debit or credit card.
  Amazon Pay does not pass on the payment details stored in your Amazon.com customer account to the seller and you do not have to enter them when placing your order.
   
• Purchase on account
  Payment on account is only possible for wholesalers, resellers and clubs after a successful credit check. The invoice amount is due upon delivery of the invoice at sight. Unfortunately we cannot grant discounts.
