R.M.1 is a mix of nutrients whose synergistic action favours muscle support after intense and prolonged training or competitions. The base of the product consists of carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose) to restore muscle glycogen. The role of creatine is to replenish the supply of phosphocreatine in the muscle and thus intervene in energy production to support muscle mechanics. Branched amino acids (5 g per dose), present in the 8:1:1 formulation, promote protein synthesis. Glutamine (2 g per dose) is among the most abundant amino acids in muscle, its rate decreases after physical activity and therefore needs to be replenished. Magnesium, in this context, plays an important role in helping to promote protein synthesis while potassium supports normal muscle function. The harmful effect of free radicals (formed during exercise) is reduced by taurine and vitamin C.
How to use: 2 sachets (50 g) per day in at least 500 ml of water.
