Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, dextrose. Acidifier: malic acid. Acidity corrector: sodium diacetate. Enzymes. Flour treatment agent: L-cysteine, water, extra virgin olive oil 4.6%, sea salt 0.65%. Preservatives: sorbic acid. Treated with alcohol.
HOW TO USE: COOKING SUGGESTIONS: Cook the piadina on a hot pan, turning it every 15 seconds for a maximum of 2 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place between 0 and +25 degrees. Product subject to natural shrinkage.
