Genuine flavour and free from additives!
Despite its optimal nutritional profile, you don't have to do without the real flavour of classic durum wheat semolina pasta. In contrast to many other protein pastas, we have dispensed with ingredients such as pea flour, lentil flour and pumpkin seed flour to preserve the original flavour. Our high protein pasta consists of just three ingredients, is completely free from additives and is suitable for a vegan diet. The popular fusilli shape offers you a wide range of uses: Whether as a pasta salad, classic Italian with Ragu alla Bolognese or in a casserole. Your high protein pasta is al dente in 10-12 minutes without sticking. Achieve your goals without having to give up your personal pasta soul food!
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, wheat protein, resistant wheat starch¹.

Note: Please store in a dry place, protected from light and at room temperature (approx. 20°C).
Preparation: Pour the contents of the bag into 2-3 litres of boiling salted water. Cooking time depending on the desired firmness: 10-12 minutes.
