The whey proteins in PROTEIN COFFEE powder belong to the so-called fast proteins. The protein content is a combination of ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate.
Mixed with water, one shake contains a whopping 21g of high-quality protein. And with less than 2g fat and sugar per shake. If you prefer to prepare your protein shakes with low-fat milk, a Protein Coffee contains more than 30g of protein. It also contains 2.8g of instant coffee powder per serving - including 80mg of caffeine (as much as in an average cup of coffee) for a good energy boost.
Thanks to its low calorie count, it can be integrated into a wide variety of diets - whether calorie-reduced or mixed with carbohydrates as a weight gainer.
MADE IN GERMANY: The processing of whey is decisive for the quality of whey protein. Processing is carried out using the ultrafiltration method, whereby protein is not heat-treated and is therefore not damaged in any way.
Directions: Mix 30g powder (1 scoop) with 250ml water or 300ml milk in a shaker. Enjoy your protein-rich coffee cold or hot for breakfast, in between meals or before training. For hot preparation, it is best to pour the shake into a glass and heat briefly in the microwave to the desired temperature (max. 60°C). The powder can also be used as an excellent addition to morning porridge or as an ingredient in baking.
