Omega-3s are a class of essential fatty acids, i.e. nutrients that our body cannot synthesise and therefore must be taken in through food. The main omega-3 fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

Indications for use: capsules should be taken with a sip of water, preferably between meals.
