Nutri Pump is a blend of nutrients designed to provide energy for use before intense workouts and/or for pre-exercise preparation.
It is important to have different types of carbohydrates available in order to cope with physical activity, as each will have different characteristics and energy absorption/release time. Oats are a cereal known for its low glycemic index, mineral and protein content. In addition to the intake from oats, Nutri Pump also contains hydrolyzed whey protein, which is subjected to an enzymatic hydrolysis process that "breaks" them up so that their absorption is faster.
In addition, L-arginine and L-citrulline are present, which are involved in the production of Nitric Oxide, which promotes vasodilation and, therefore, better blood flow to the muscle.
Daily dose and way of use: dissolve 100 g of product in 200 ml of water and shake.
