LIQUID ELECTROLYTE+ is a liquid concentrate to be diluted with water in a water bottle during physical activity or in relation to the actual loss of body fluids for rapid hydro/saline recovery.
It contains mineral salts, in particular potassium, magnesium and sodium, which are used to restore essential elements lost through perspiration during physical exertion.
The minerals are supported by glycerol, a molecule that binds to water to help keep the muscle hydrated. Hydration is very important and can strongly affect performance during training or competitions. In addition to this, dehydration at the muscle level can contribute to cramping.
LIQUID ELECTROLYTE+ does not contain sugars, so it may be useful in food diets with reduced sugar intake and/or aimed at weight loss.
Daily dose: 20 ml. Dilute 20 ml (1 scoop) of product in 500 ml of water.
