L-CARNITINE WATER is a ready-to-drink dietary supplement in a bottle containing L-Carnitine, an ergogenic amino acid, with the addition of Choline.
L-Carnitine, the only biologically active form, plays an important role in the transport of fatty acids, accumulated in body fat, to the mitochondria. In the latter, fatty acids are oxidised to produce energy.
With this mechanism, the body obtains more energy during physical activity while reducing the amount of accumulated fat, but integration is necessary to achieve this effect.
Choline promotes lipid metabolism, working in synergy with Carnitine.
