GOURMET OAT FLOUR is obtained with whole oat grains, rich in vegetable proteins and fibres. The latter are useful to slow down the digestion of starch and the absorption of glucose in the blood, a fundamental aspect in case of low-calorie diets and to keep glycemic peaks under control.
