Barrettone 2.0 is a bar without chocolate coating, rich in milk protein and with soya flakes that give it a crunchy texture.
Its special feature is that it is rich in fibre and low in sugars. In fact, a bar contains just over one gram of sugar.
It is suitable for a good muscle recovery after intense and/or prolonged activity to support muscle mass. This applies to both strength and endurance sports.
For those who do not exercise, Barrettone 2.0 can be taken as a morning or afternoon snack. This bar can be useful in diets with reduced sugar intake and/or for weight loss.
Instructions for use:
