Modern and complete formulation in that we doubled the presence of the amino acid leucine by putting it in the ratio 4-1-1 compared to isoleucine and valine as it appears to be the amino acid most used for energy and anti-catabolic purposes among the three branched-chain amino acids. BCAAs in fact make up around 30% of muscle tissue, counteracting muscle catabolism and enhancing anabolism. Enriched with Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C, they reduce recovery time between intense efforts. BCAA Sport 4-1-1 is a branched-chain amino acid supplement with vitamin B6 and vitamin C presented in the form of 1.080 g degluctable tablets each containing a total of 1 g of the 3 amino acids L-Leucine, I-Isoleucine and L-Valine, together with 0.4 mg of vitamin B6 and 50 mg of vitamin C.
USE: In sports where an energetic and anti-catabolic action is required during training (endurance) and post workout recovery (endurance and weightlifting).
