Tonomix is a mixture of essential and semi-essential amino acids in tablets, without the addition of excipients. Of all the amino acids, there are some defined as essential, which must be taken in the diet as the body is unable to produce them. Under certain conditions, certain amino acids identified as semi-essential, such as glutamine and arginine, also become essential. Tonomix also contains vitamin B6, which plays an important role in protein synthesis and regulation of the hormonal system.
How to use it: we recommend taking 5 tablets a day with a glass of water.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use during pregnancy or in children, or for prolonged periods without medical advice. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
