R.M. PUMP RECOVERY MIX is a mixture of nutrients indicated for recovery after intense physical effort. The basis of the product is complex carbohydrates and, unlike RM1, whey protein. The carbohydrates are Vitargo®, a high molecular weight starch which, more than any other carbohydrate tested, reduces recovery time.
Proteins are involved in supporting muscle mass by rebuilding the structural part.
L-glutamine and L-leucine are very present in muscle tissue and contribute to its maintenance. R.M. PUMP Recovery Mix provides antioxidant action thanks to the presence of vitamin C and vitamin E, preventing free radical damage to muscle membranes.
How to use: it is recommended to take 5 scoops (50 g) in 250 ml of water.
