The PRO+ SNACK protein bar is an excellent choice for those seeking a high energy supply and high protein content for muscle maintenance and development. Containing 10 g of milk protein with high biological value, it is ideal for athletes and active people. The formula is also enriched with phosphorus and magnesium.
These minerals support energy metabolism: phosphorus is essential for the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate, which is the energy exchange currency of our cells) and magnesium supports muscle function and reduces the feeling of tiredness. Together, these two minerals help in muscle synthesis, growth and repair. They are therefore two ideal elements to combine with a protein snack, as they optimise the use of the protein provided by the bar for muscle growth and repair.
As well as being very tasty, the bar is available in two delicious flavours: strawberry cheesecake and cookies & cream.
