Dietary supplement based on N-acetyl-L-cysteine, milk thistle, inositol and vitamin C.
Depur NAC is a product that aims at an antioxidant and depurative action.
N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) is an antioxidant molecule and a potential support in case of unbalanced generation of oxygen free radicals (Shahin AY et al., Int J Gynaecol Obstet. 2009). Its action derives from the fact that it stimulates the production of glutathione, one of the most important natural antioxidants but that, if taken as it is, is poorly absorbed by the body.
Those who practice a lot of intense physical activity produces more free radicals and their amount may exceed the ability to be "buffered". This leads to greater muscle fatigue and possible repercussions on the immune system (Sen C. et al., The Netherlands: Elsevier Science; 2000). For this reason it is appropriate to provide a good amount of antioxidants every day with diet and supplementation.
The milk thistle contains silymarin, a mixture of several molecules, known for its antioxidant properties, digestive, hepatic and purifying functions of the body.
Inositol, called vitamin B7, has several properties on various fronts, stimulates the production of lecithin and at the level of the liver prevents it from accumulating too many fat deposits (McCrea, H. J., Camilli, P. D., Physiology, 2009).
In support of the antioxidant effect is present vitamin C, known for its activity against free radicals.
How to use: 2 capsules per day.
