Recommendations for use: Dissolve one scoop of powder (30 g, 1 scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) in 250 ml of water using a shaker. On training days, take at least two portions, one portion within 45 minutes of the end of training and another between meals. On rest days, take one serving in the morning and one serving in the evening.
