Peanuts EVO is a product of the Quality Food line: it consists of peanut butter to which Volac 90 whey protein has been added to make it even more protein (35 g of protein per 100 g of product) and other ingredients to enhance it nutritionally.
EVO peanuts also contain glycerophosphocoline (GPC), a source of choline, to support the integrity of cell membranes. Choline (and its derivatives) also participates in the support of nervous activity and the correct functioning of fat metabolism and the liver, giving it a protective action. The intestine is supported by inulin, a fibre obtained from chicory, whose prebiotic action has been widely recognised. In general and in particular dietary regimes it is necessary to support the intestine with nutrients that improve its health.
Taurine and vitamin E, finally, give the product an antioxidant action, necessary to fight oxidative stress and muscle damage that can be induced by physical activity.
