BCAA Ride Gel+ is a balanced solution of simple and complex carbohydrates (carbohydrates) capable of supplying the body with energy in the very short, medium and long term. The energy provided by carbohydrates is available to the body in the time interval from a few minutes to a few hours after intake. This reflects the different absorption time of the individual carbohydrates (short for dextrose and fructose, gradually longer for maltodextrins and Vitargo®). Bcaa Ride Gel+ is characterised by the presence of branched-chain amino acids (8:1:1 formulation) and the absence of caffeine.
How to use: we recommend taking one or more single-dose packs before and/or during physical activity, depending on the athlete's needs.
