Instructions for use: Preparation: Pour 250 ml of cold, low-fat milk or 250 ml of cold water into a shaker, add 30 g of powder (approx. 3 tablespoons) and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Alternatively: stir 30 g into 250 ml of water heated to a maximum of 60˚C.
