PREMIUM BCAA POWDER is a food supplement based on BCAA branched amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) in the ideal 2:1:1 ratio, to which L-Glutamine is added.
Branched amino acids, which are considered essential amino acids, are essential to protect muscle mass from overtraining. The ratio of branched amino acids (2:1:1) is considered ideal for improving the anti-catabolic effect, as regenerative processes are stimulated and post-workout recovery times are reduced.
The addition of L-Glutamine is useful both to increase the anticatabolic effect of BCAA and to counteract the onset of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness).
The powder form is very practical for all those who are unable or unwilling to swallow capsules and tablets.
MODES OF USE:
It is recommended to take 8g of the product per day dissolved in 200 ml of water.
