Branched amino acids 8: 1: 1.
Branched chain amino acids include three essential amino acids: L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. Branched amino acids, when the body is subjected to an effort, are able to promote protein synthesis and can serve as substrates for the production of energy (through gluconeogenesis).
The BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acid) in the new formulation more enriched with leucine allow, according to different studies, to have better results in terms of support for mass and muscle recovery.
